Below we will outline our process so that you understand how we work. 

• Firstly, select the item that you need. Choose your colour, size and quantity. 

• Secondly, upload your logo. Ensure that it is a clear image as this ensures we can provide a high quality stitch of your logo.  

•Once you have made your order, we will begin the embroidery process. If there are any problems we need to speak to you about then we will get in touch with you. The items embroidered or printed to your specification

•Next, your items are shipped within 7 – 10 working days of us receiving the order.
