Once the sheets or flashings have been made, we are unable to accept a return on them unless proven damaged.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">If you have a change of mind after processing your order, you may contact us by email quoting your order number within 4 days and request your order to be refunded, if your order has not been made then a refund within 7 days is possible with a standard 15% refund and restock charge.<\/span><br><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Any unwanted accessories can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if it\u2019s still in its original brand-new condition. This does not apply to custom items.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p>You must notify the company of your wish to return goods with 14 days of receipt of the goods, this must be done in writing by email to info@roofsheetsonline.com accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. Please note collection fees will apply.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Returns are made at customers cost and must be sent via a signed for, tracked secure service. Goods will only be refunded once received and signed for by roofsheetsonline Ltd.
