One of the biggest problems is when people assume it is safe just because a licence is not needed. Licensed asbestos removal procedures were followed in accordance with regulations, ensuring safe handling despite challenging weather conditions. Proximity to the Network Rail boundary required additional planning and precautions; the team dismantled the high blockwork wall adjacent to the fence by hand from scissor lifts to avoid risk of debris. Only once this was complete did the excavator continue with the remaining demolition, supported by two experienced banksmen.<\/p><h5 data-key=\"ReNQx\"><strong>Results<\/strong><\/h5><p data-key=\"EdNnn\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The works were delivered on time and without incident, with all demolition completed safely despite difficult site conditions.
