Advanced Roofing Ltd recognise that we must integrate our business values and operations to meet the expectations of customers, employees, suppliers, the community and the environment. We take seriously all feedback that we receive and, where possible, maintain open dialogue to ensure that we fulfil the requirements outlined within this policy.

We shall be open and honest in communicating our strategies, targets, performance and governance in our continual commitment to sustainable development. We strive to improve our performance through implementation of our ISO accreditations, (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001). Advanced Roofing Ltd support local and good cause projects including local sports teams and make regular charitable contributions.

We also support local colleges and from time to time employ apprentices from 16+ with a progression path in place once the training has been achieved.  Apprentices we have more recently employed, have secured full time employment with Advanced Roofing. Training within the business is managed and reviewed.  The training is outsourced with local accredited companies. We shall ensure a high level of business performance while minimising and effectively managing risk.
